All the prices quote here is F.O.B from Jakarta - Indonesia, all the prices are given in US Dollar ( USD ) / net the prices can be changed anytime without prior notice. A minimum of 7 ( seven ) days order notice prior to shipment as highly advisable to ensure proper conditioning of fish. For the seasonal fish, please inquire ordering to ensuring the availability. Our packing are IATA standard and we use double plastic bags, Styrofoam and cardboard box of fresh water fish : 59 x 43 x 30 cm actual weight 16kgs. Estimated weight 16.50-17kgs ( 4 bags ). Complain is only received within 24 hours after the shipment arrival. Any shipment without news in 24 hours after the arrival to shipper must be accepted well by consignee. Advance payment in full is required prior to shipment. Credit terms can be negotiated upon the establishment of regular business.
